This article describes how to prepare for an OSCE examination. How to create rating scale for the questions and global score. How to create questions and create forms for each stations.

Rating scales
You need to prepare two types of rating scales, one for the general questions in the station form and another one for global rating question which should be added to all station forms.
General question rating scale
- Go to the Forms/Rating scale
- Click the button Create new +

Global score rating scale
- Go to the Forms/Rating scale
- Click the button Create new +

Questions
You need to prepare two types of questions for each station, and connect the general question rating scale to these questions. Normally you collect the questions in choice matrix question.
You also need to create a question for global rating question which should be added to all station forms.
Station question
- Go to the Forms/Question
- Click the button Write question
If it fits your need follow the example below (Form - Create an Evaluation question)
Global score question
- Go to the Forms/Question
- Click the button Write question

Forms
You need to prepare one form per station.
- Go to the Forms/Forms
- Click the button Create new form
If it fits your need follow the example below (Form - Create Form)
Form - station 1
- Click the button Add field: Rich text info and add describing text "Station 1...."
- Click the button Add field: Evaluation question and select the Question for station 1
- Mark the question with Mandatory (*)
- Click the button Add field: Evaluation question and select the Question for Global Scoring
- Mark the question with Mandatory (*)
- In the right menu, select which <course> the form should be available for
- In the right menu, select Student selection: Single
- In the right menu, select Evaluation mode: Single
- In the right menu, select Anonymous: No
Form - station 2
- Click the button Add field: Rich text info and add describing text "Station 2...."
- Click the button Add field: Evaluation question and select the Question for station 1
- Mark the question with Mandatory (*)
- Click the button Add field: Evaluation question and select the Question for Global Scoring
- Mark the question with Mandatory (*)
- In the right menu, select which <course> the form should be available for
- In the right menu, select Student selection: Single
- In the right menu, select Evaluation mode: Single
- In the right menu, select Anonymous: No
