This article describes how to publish a course occasion, by a set date
General information
Creating a course occasion, the status is set to draft mode, meaning only the editor can see the content inside the course occasion. Publish a course occasion means, being visible/accessible to students. Publish a course occasion with a date set, means the course occasion will be visible at that date.
Publish a course occasion
- Go to Courses/<course>/<course occasion>
- Go to Settings (inside the selected course occasion)
- Set a date + time in the Start date field (the course occasion will be accessible to student at the set date and time)
- Click the button Publish event
