This article shows how to edit a teacher's rights. It can be about adding roles, removing roles or editing rights in having access to different courses.


Edit teacher role

Find menu

  • Go to Users/Manage accounts
  • Click a user who has a teacher role and that you want to edit.

A popup window appears

  • Click Roles bar

Add a role

  • Click Add role button for adding an extra role for the teacher
  • Choose the new role by clicking Add role dropdown menu (different roles for different customers)

Edit teacher role, change access properties to course 

  1. Click the Teacher bar, a new menu opens
  2. Event type, click Limited access button, mark the courses the teacher will have access to
  3. Leave the rest of the choices untouched , usually set to Unlimited access
  4. Click Save button
