This article describes how to control the settings of a form

Find the menu
- Go to Forms/Forms menu
- Click on a specific <form>
Form fields
Published forms
- Click on the Published tab (selected as default)
Forms fields, at a published form you can do the following:
- Edit exiting rich text fields
- Create new rich text fields
- Add separators
- move objects around
- change mandatory fields
New or Draft
- Click on the Draft tab and select a form or click the + Create new form
Forms fields, in an unpublished form you can do the following:
- Create new rich text fields
- Add questions
- Add separators
- move objects around
- Change mandatory fields
Form settings
In the menu to the right Settings, control the behaviour:
- Button for Publish form (make the form accessible for all to use)
- Name the form in the text box Name
- Select which course(s) the form can be used in, using the dropdown menu Available for...
- Student selection, multi-selection enables submissions of an identical evaluation for several students, at once
- Evaluation mode, settings single evaluation constraints each student to be evaluated once (as they get evaluated, they disappear from the drop down list)
- Anonymous, write Yes, if you want the form to be anonymous, meaning no assessor needed to sign of and the students name will be hidden, good for survey's
Tag settings
If your organization use tag/tag groups and they have set to available for the event(s) you can choose to let students use the groups for tagging, for each tag category:
- Not applicable (dropdown menu will not be visible)
- Available (Student can choose to select an item from the drop-down menu )
- Required (Student must choose to select an item from the drop-down menu )
Save and more
To Save or Delete the form
- To save your settings press the Save button
- To delete your from press the Delete form button
Edit required fields
- Check and edit the required fields settings in the form
Copy form
- Create a copy of the form, clean with no strings attached for manipulation
