This article will show how to add a Dictionary style guide. The purpose is to keep the same spelling of a word, during the question writing process- Go to the left menu Question Bank/Style Guides
- Click at the Add guide drop-down menu
- Select the Dictionary
- A blank line appears, click on the wrench button
- Add a Title (Correct Dr spelling (NOT dr.)
- Add a Description
- Add an Error Message
- Add the Term to avoid
- Add Term to prefer (optional)
- Click at Save changes button
