This article will guide you in how to change properies, to a user with the role as a teacher.


You need to have the User management properties to be able to perform this task.


Edit the rights of an existing teacher

  • Go to the menu Users/Manage accounts
  • Click at the user with the Role teacher which you want to edit



  • Click at the Roles menu
  • Click at Teacher row



Add role


  • Click the Add role button if you would like to give the teacher access to a new rol
  • Select a role from the list



Edit teacher role

  1. Event type, click at Limited access button, mark with the checkboxes which course(s) the teacher need access to
  2. Rest of the selections (can vary depending on the setup of the customer account), set Unlimited access
  3. Click Save
