This article refer to functionality on the Ortrac Web system. This article describes different ways to add user into the Ortrac system using Excel/CVS files.

There are 3 ways to add users into the system:

  • Under the left hand side menu Users/Manage Accounts:
  • In an Event/Student menu:
  • In a Segment in an Event:

  1. Press the Add Student button, select the option "Import from Excel/CVS"
  2. Select an Excel file
  3. Link the different column, First name, Last Name, E-mail, Password (optional) to the correct column.
  4. Press import
