This article refers to the functionality of app Ortrac This article describes how to act during login problems
If you have problems login into Ortrac (www.ortrac.com) with an account and password that you used before, or directly after setting a new password. Try the following:
- Click on this link to logout and try to login again.
- If the problem remains, reset your password. (https://ortrac.com/account/forgotpassword)
- A text box will appear confirming your request. You will receive an email from Ortrac.
- Click on the link inside the mail
- Fill in your new password and click on Set Password
- Login using your new password
