This article describes how to use the export functions in the AI Explorer module.

How to find the menu
- Go to the menu AI Explorer
Export Question bank
- Click the button Question bank
- Select which <course> to export, from the Course drop-down menu
- Select which type of format of the export will be in, for Excel format, click the button Comma separated values (CVS)
- Click the button Generate export (the file will probably end up in the Download folder)
- Open an AI model, like Chat GPT service (like chatgpt.com)
- Copy the Upload prompt and add it into the service
- Find the downloaded file and add it to the prompt.
- Start to experiment with different types of prompts, by copying the Exploratory prompts or write your own prompt.
Export Exam performance
- Click the button Exam performance
- Select which <course> to export, from the Course drop-down menu
- Select which <course instance> to export, from the Course instance drop-down menu
- Select which <exam> to export, from the Exam drop-down menu
- Select if you want to have anonymous student names (names replaced by numbers, click the button IDs only or with full names, select the button Include names
- Click the button Generate export (the file will probably end up in the Download folder)
- Open an AI model, like Chat GPT service (like chatgpt.com)
- Copy the Upload prompt and add it into the service
- Find the downloaded file and add it to the prompt.

- Click the button Form evaluations
- Select which <course> to export, from the Course drop-down menu
- Select which <course instance> to export, from the Course instance drop-down menu
- Select which <form(s)> to export, from the Forms drop-down menu
- Select if you want to have anonymous student names (names replaced by numbers, click the button IDs only or with full names, select the button Include names
- Click the button Generate export (the file will probably end up in the Download folder)

- Copy the Upload prompt and add it into the service
