This article describes what will happen, if you import a user which already exist in the Ortrac system.
- Go to the Users menu
- Click the button Add users or Import from Excel/CVS
If you realize a user added to the system, already exist the following will happen:
- Click on the <user>
The existing user will be granted with the new changes to the user, without loosing the previous properties and/or roles
