This article describes how to remove a user (administrative) from the Users menu 

If  you want to clean up your Users menu, from people, no longer active users within your program/curriculum, you need to follow the steps below. 

  • Go to the Users menu
  • Click on a user (highlighted list item)

  • Click on Roles
  • Click Remove access button

If the person have multiple roles, re-do the Remove access until no privileges is left.
