General information
A Content object, can contain:
- Richtext fields
- One or several attachments of the forms listed:
- File upload
- Url
- Iframe
- Attachments should be marked as available for students or admins
- A richtext-free text field only for the Administrators
- Tag in the same manner as used on a Question.
- Created at Curriculum-level, but can be placed under Courseusing the "Available for"-tag, same as questions.
- A view for students, with options search filters or downloadable files.
- Learning content is connected to Event types same as questions. If you add content to this type of event it will appear at all instances of this type(compared to forms which only appears under the very event)
Find the menu
- Go to the Courses/<course occation> (left hand menu)
- Go to the Content menu (left hand menu, inside the course occation)
Create
- Click the button Create new learning content
Public view section
- Give the content a name Name
- Status, select one of the following:
- Draft (your personal working copy)
- Published and listed (students can se and interact with the content inside the course occation)
- Published but hidden (students cant se the content but the creator can use it through links, for special purposes)
- Description (general information for everybody to see)
- Attachments has two different functionalities:
- Browse (upload documents to the content)
- Add website (add an active URL/webpage into the content)
Admin view section
- Notes (information for admin staff only, NOT visible to students to see)
