This article shows how to create a Rating scale in four steps. This scale is later used in an Evaluation Question, which in turn is added to a Form.

Create
- Click the button Create new
An editor for rating scale opens, four main actions to perform:
- Type name: Autonomy - 4 steps single
- Select which type Discrete categories
- Add Categories: N/A
- Add Categories: N1
- Add Categories: N2
- Add Categories: S1
- Add Categories: S2
Edit headings
- If you want to control each heading, click on the cogwheel button, to the right
- Add Heading: blank
- Add Heading: Student observed
- Add Heading: Student was guided
- Add Heading: Few words after enough
- Add Heading: Self-sufficient
Save Rating scale
Press the Save button and select which status the form should have.
