In the menu My Questions or in Database/Browse:

Click on the button Write questions
Select True or False
Add the question from the sample below:
Add the options from the sample below. Be sure to mark the question with True or False option, the standard mode for a correct answer for a true/false question is "NOT SET", se picture below:

Sample question:

Question: Five True or false health questions

Option A: It would take 1.2 million mosquitoes to drain all your blood. True
Option B: Research shows vaginal bacteria inhibits diabetes, FALSE
Option C: The acronym ALS stand for Autoimmune Longitudinal Sepsis, FALSE
Option D: Handkerchiefs are more hygienic than tissues, FALSE
Option E: Handkerchiefs are more hygienic than tissues, FALSE

Click on the Safe Draft button (drop down)
Select Save Draft (if you want to come back and work a bit more) or Publish button (if the question is ready for the common database)
