This article refers to the functionality of Ortrac web. This article describes how to download your visa letter as a result from your application to an event.
Invitation/visa letter
1. Go to the site: www.ortrac.com
2. Login with your username and password
3. The menu on the left hand site, click on your name
4. Click on the Application menu
5. At the bottom of the page click on the button Download Invitation letter. A pdf file will be download to your computer and will end up in the Download folder.
If you don´t find the download button please take contact with the organizers of the event and ask them to start this function (turn on Visa invitation letter)
