This article contains settings for making a mini-CEX form


In order to create a mini CEX form in Ortrac forms, the following parameters need to be set up in a so-called Evaluation Form.



Form name: Mini-CEX General or specific use -coursename)

Not all questions need to be answered. Any free text feedback can be given via the speech bubble in connection with each question. If the form is filled in via app, the student can fill in the concluding comments themselves. The main purpose of the form is to document constructive feedback to the student
