This article refers to the functionality of Ortrac Web. How add outcomes to a course for mapping


Eligible blueprint tags

  • Go to Left menu/Blueprinting/Program layout Events/Courses menu
  • Click on a program
  • Click on a course
  • Click in Edit tags
  • Click on a Category (if you dont have one, se below)
  • Scroll down to the bottom of the Category window, and click Settings button
  • In the dropdown menu Eligible blueprint tags and select the Program Outcomes
  • Click Save button.

Create a Tag category

  • Click the Add Category button


  • In the Add category pop up window write Outcomes, or something similar
  • Click the Add category button to save



Add tags to the category


  • Click the new Outcomes category
  • Click the Add tag button



  • Write a tag and press the Add tag button to Save the tag.

Now you can map your course the the program outcomes.
